EVERY time Leicester City appear to hit rock bottom, things somehow manage to get even worse.
Relegated from the Premier League two years after winning the FA Cup? That was grim. But compared to finishing 13 points adrift on their return to the top flight, it deserved an open-top bus parade.
And neither event felt particularly traumatic set against last year’s apocalypse, when a combination of points deductions, financial distress and chronic underperformance culminated in back-to-back relegations.
