Carabao Cup fourth-round draw round-up: Norwich at Arsenal & Wolves visit Man City

Tough assignments for the Canaries and Wolves, while Leeds travel to Leicester in the next round of the Carabao Cup.

Following the conclusion of last night’s Carabao Cup action, the draw for the fourth round of the competition took place, giving some Championship team’s rather tough assignments.

Norwich and Wolves’ reward for knocking out Brentford and respectively in the last round is a trip to the Emirates and the Etihad.

Daniel Farke’s Canaries side will be looking to replicate the fine form they showed against the Bees last time out when they face the always vulnerable Gunners, while Nuno Espirito Santo’s Wolves may just hope they don’t get humiliated by the red-hot Citizens.

The other three non-Premier League clubs left in the draw are , Leeds and Middlesbrough – who beat City, Burnley and Aston respectively in the third round.

‘s side are the only Championship outfit not on the road, as they welcome struggling Crystal Palace to Ashton Gate. The Robins will be confident of another upset after comfortably dismissing Mark Hughes’s men last time out.

Championship table-toppers Leeds are on the road against former Premier League champions Leicester, themselves coming off a creditable win over on Tuesday night. After outlasting Burnley, will feel the Foxes’s scalp is up for grabs.

Finally, will take his Boro side down south to face Bournemouth at Dean Court. Eddie Howe’s team are the sort of mid-level Premier League club who will fancy success in this competition, so it could be a tough task for Middlesbrough to take down the Cherries.

Tottenham Hotspur v West Ham United

Bristol City v Crystal Palace

v Manchester United

Arsenal v Norwich City

Manchester City v Wolverhampton Wanderers

Leicester City v Leeds United

Bournemouth v  Middlesbrough

Ties will take place the week beginning October 23.
