Clarke, Hignett, Way and Tisdale up for League Two Manager of the Month

, Craig Hignett,  and Paul have been nominated for March’s League Two Manager of the Month Award.

Darrell Clarke (Bristol )

Clarke’s side won six of their seven league games last month, scoring 19 goals in the process. This form has moved The Pirates towards the League Two automatic promotion places.

Hignett has embraced managerial life since being handed the Hartlepool job in mid February.

Hartlepool only lost one league game in March and secured five victories to pull away from the League Two drop zone. This included crucial victories over fellow strugglers Newport County and Dagenham and Redbridge.

Darren Way (Yeovil Town)

Yeovil had another superb month in March as they continued to put distance between themselves and the relegation scrap.

The team picked up 10 points and kept five clean sheets in the process to help Way to his second nomination in the past four months

Paul Tisdale ()

Tisdale’s Exeter went unbeaten in March as they made a late push towards the League Two play off spots.

The Grecians did well to reverse their form in a disappointing February to record a 100% away record last month, where they picked impressive victories at Cambridge, and .
