ADAM Randell has leapt to the defence of his old Plymouth boss Wayne Rooney following derogatory comments from NFL legend Tom Brady.
Brady, a minority owner at Birmingham City, said he had “concerns” about Rooney’s work ethic during his ill-fated 15-game stint at St Andrew’s in the 2023-24 season.
