PAUL Warne is taking a huge risk leaving Rotherham for Derby County, but it’s nice to see the 49-year-old back himself.
When I first met Warne, in 2017, he was  in caretaker charge of a Rotherham side plummeting towards a humiliating relegation from the Championship.
Candidly, he openly admitted he did not know whether he was capable of managing any football club, let alone one so close to his heart.
Deep down, Warne will always feel a touch of the impostor syndrome that was a legacy of his roots in Non-League.
