It has been another busy day at Crawley Town as the Reds made their seventh signing of the summer by bringing in left-back Chris Arthur from Woking.
Arthur made 82 appearances for the National League side since joining from Wimbledon in 2014 and won plenty of plaudits for his sterling performances last season.
The 26-year-old came through the youth ranks at QPR and spent a year with AFC Wimbledon, scoring one goal in 29 appearances between 2013 and 2014.
Crawley Head Coach Dermot Drummy told the club’s official website, “Chris is a player both Matt Gray and I know well. He’s been with Woking for the last two years but he is more than capable of making the step back up to League
football, in fact he will thrive on an opportunity to establish himself again at this level.
“He’s versatile, which we like. He can play at left-back or left midfield and we’re delighted to have him with us.”
