CALLUM Morton says he wants to put a “difficult period” behind him after signing a short-term deal at Bristol Rovers.
The 25-year-old striker was released by Salford in the summer but has not played since October 2024, when he suffered a serious knee injury during a spell on loan at Northampton.
Plucked from Yeovil’s academy by West Brom as a teenager, he won promotion to League One in a previous loan spell with the Cobblers and also had spells at Lincoln, Peterborough and Fleetwood before joining Salford in 2022.
