CAMBRIDGE midfielder Dom Ball is set to miss the next month after undergoing surgery on a knee injury.
The former Rotherham, QPR and Leyton Orient man, 30, tore his meniscus playing for Ipswich in the 2022-23 season and has been managing the issue ever since.
He was substituted in the 73rd minute of the U’s FA Cup victory over Chester earlier this month and subsequently missed the U’s next two matches - a 1-0 victory over Brighton’s Under-21s in the Vertu Trophy and last weekend’s 0-0 draw at Salford in ...
