FLEETWOOD Town are banking on Pete Wild’s knowledge of League Two to revive their flagging season.
The former Barrow boss, 40, was named head coach on Christmas Eve, just 48 hours after the dismissal of Charlie Adam.
The Scot departed after a run of one win in 11 games left the Cod Army lying 18th in League Two, eight points above the relegation zone. They then beat Chesterfield on Boxing Day to climb to 16th as Wild watched from the stands.
