BLADES BOOST AS THEIR EMBARGO IS OVER

CHAMPIONSHIP SHEFFIELD United are no longer under a transfer embargo after striking a deal to pay off outstanding transfer debts. The Blades - currently second in the Championship - were hit with the sanction in January over money owed to two different clubs. One of the complainants was Swedish side Malmo, who sold centre-back Anel Ahmedhodzic to United for a fee of around £3m last summer.
