Sheffield United complete double signing

Chris has made his first moves as boss by bringing in midfielder Mark Duffy and full-back Chris Hussey.

Duffy joins from and has experience having been part of the side that won promotion to the last season.

Meanwhile Hussey joins from having made nearly 100 appearances for the since joining in the club in 2014.

Wilder was named as the ‘ boss at the start of the month after talks with broke down.

At the time of his appointment the 48-year-old said, “Of course this is my dream job. Hopefully it will be a great period of my footballing career.

“I’m determined to get the club going forward and I understand the responsibility and the history.

“I’m ready for the challenge. As soon as this club made the telephone call it was a complete no-brainer. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep at night if I had turned this down.”
