Joe Lolley joins Scunthorpe on loan

By Hugo Varley

Huddersfield Town winger Joe Lolley has joined League One club Scunthorpe United on a one-month loan deal. The 23 year old has started just four games for the Terriers since joining from Kidderminster Harriers in January last year.

Lolley told Scunthorpe’s official club website “I know Mark Robins quite well, as he brought me from Kidderminster to Huddersfield and I worked with him for six months.

“I know he likes to play football, get the ball on the floor and get it out wide quickly so I’m looking forward to just getting on the pitch and hopefully doing well for him.

Lolley came off the bench in Huddersfield’s 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forrest last night and could feature in Scunthorpe’s trip to Southend tomorrow.
