The Thai - who inherited Leicester from his late father, Vichai, in 2018 - has been widely criticised for his running of the club.
Premier League champions in 2016 and FA Cup winners in 2021, the Foxes have since suffered two relegation to the Championship and are facing a possible points deduction over a breach of profit & sustainability rules.
