RAMSAY: WE HAVE TO GET CULTURE RIGHT…

NEW West Brom boss Eric Ramsay says he has no interest in analysing what went wrong for the Baggies under Ryan Mason.
Ex-Tottenham midfielder Mason was appointed in the summer but won just nine of his 27 games at the helm and was dismissed following a 2-1 defeat to Leicester two weeks ago that left West Brom seven points above the Championship relegation zone.
The Baggies have now turned to Ramsay, who worked as a coach at Swansea, Manchester United and Chelsea prior to a successful two-year stint in charge of MLS side Minnesota United.
