WILDER IN CLEAR OVER HIS MISKICK

SHEFFIELD United boss Chris Wilder has been cleared of misconduct for kicking a ball into the crowd during last month’s 2-1 defeat to Southampton at Bramall Lane.
The ball struck a fan in the second row and Wilder immediately climbed into the stands to apologise and offer assistance.
On returning to the pitch he was shown a straight red card by referee Adam Herczeg, who moments earlier had awarded Southampton a contentious penalty. The referee’s report accused the 58-year-old of “physical or aggressive behaviour”, w...
