ACE CALLUM STAYS PUT

CALLUM Hendry has set his sights on a promotion push with League Two Salford next season after extending his stay.
The striker, who joined in 2022, has had a oneyear option in his contract triggered.
“I’m happy to be here for another year, and hopefully we can be up at the right end of the table challenging for promotion again,” said the 26-year-old, who scored nine times in an injuryhit campaign.
