LEICESTER City will not face a points deduction this season after an arbitration panel ruled that Premier League sanctions cannot be enforced in the EFL. The Foxes launched legal proceedings against both the Premier League and the EFL after being charged with a breach of profit and sustainability regulations (PSR) last month.
