READING boss Veljko Paunovic described new recruit Tom Ince as an “exciting” player, who will add “creativity, pace and power” to his attack.
Ince joined the Royals on loan from Championship rivals Stoke for the rest of the season on transfer deadline day, while Liam Moore went in the opposite direction.
