TRANSFER deadline day is a mixed bag for managers.
Some love it and some hate it. But who has done the best business in January? Out of the entire EFL, I have to say Luton Town and Portsmouth in League One.
Striker Jason Cummings played under me at Peter- borough in the first half of the season on loan from Nottingham Forest and will embody everything that makes Luton such a formi- dable side in his temporary spell with them.
