NOTTS County manager Neal Ardley believes the signing of Craig Mackail- Smith gives his attack an extra dimension in their bid to stay in the Football League.
The 34-year-old former Brighton man has joined on loan from Wycombe until the end of the season.
County are bottom of League Two and Ardley hopes Mackail- Smith will provide the spark they need.
“In this window we wanted to add players who know how to excel at this level”, said Ardley.
“We wanted a mix of experience and quality. Now we’ve got pace, trickery and know-how.”
