CHAPMAN: MOWBRAY IS SUPERB

HARRY Chapman hailed Tony Mowbray as the best manager he has worked with after returning to Blackburn.
The 21-year-old midfielder enjoyed a loan spell at Ewood Park last season and has agreed a two-and-a-half-year deal from Middlesbrough.
“He’s a great manager, probably the best I’ve worked under”, said Chapman. “I love playing for him. Even though my spell with the club last season was short, everything he taught me has stuck with me.
