JAKE Caprice says there is no reason why Tranmere Rovers should not be targeting back-toback promotions.
Rovers have impressed on their return to the fourth tier and are pushing for a place in League One having won the National League play-offs last term.
The 25-year-old defender, who joined from Leyton Orient, said: “We believe we should be near the top and there is no reason why we shouldn’t think that. We have played a lot of the teams near the top.
“We take each game as it comes, and we need to rise to it and see what happens.”
