TONDA Eckert, Michael Skubala and Gavin Cowan are celebrating landing the latest Sky Bet EFL Manager of the Month awards.
Rookie German boss Eckert, 33, bagged the Championship accolade after leading FA Cup quarter-finalists Southampton to 13 points from five unbeaten games, including a 4-3 win at Leicester after being 3-0 down at half-time and a 5-0 drubbing of QPR.
