SWANSEA have parted company with director of football Richard Montague just seven months after his arrival from Notts County.
The 45-year-old was appointed in February to work alongside then-manager Luke Williams, with whom he’d enjoyed great success at Meadow Lane.
However, Williams was sacked within days and eventually replaced by Alan Sheehan.
Montague remained at the club, and this summer oversaw Swansea’s highest spend in a single transfer window since they were relegated from the Premier League in 2018. T...
