CAMBRIDGE have bolstered their bid for survival by signing a brace of Premier League forwards.
Nottingham Forest’s Esapa Osong, 20, and Southampton’s Dom Ballard, 19, have joined on loan until the end of the season.
Osong scored one goal in ten matches on loan at Rotherham earlier in the season, whilst Ballard notched once in 22 games at Blackpool.
“I am really looking forward to it,” said Ballard. “The gaffer has said that they are in need of a goalscorer and a hero, and that really appealed to me.”
