ACCRINGTON Stanley owner Andy Holt has hailed Rick Parry for “sticking his neck out” over calls for an independent regulator in football.
EFL chairman Parry wrote that “redistribution and regulation are inseparable” in a letter to MP Tracy Crouch, the leader of a fan-led review into football governance.
