Lincoln announce four new signings for New Year promotion push

City manager Michael Appleton has announced four new signings from Premier League and clubs, with the Imps still aiming for promotion after a poor start to the season.

The club confirmed the loan arrivals of striker Tyreece John-Jules and midfielder Conor from and United respectively.

Midfielder Tayo Edun has joined on a permanent deal from Championship side , and Max Melbourne has signed a two-and-half-year deal at LNER Stadium following his previous loan from West Bromwich Albion.

Appleton spoke at a press conference and said
clubs were queuing up for John-Jules' capture: “If I said a few clubs were
after him, then I'd be under playing
