Born: Newport, 1980 (Age 36)
Playing career: An attacking midfielder, Flynn made his debut for Newport in 1999, playing 20 times for the Exiles before joining Barry Town in 2000. He scored 40 goals in two seasons in the League of Wales and subsequently moved to Wigan in 2002. Though rarely a starter at the JJB, Flynn scored three goals in 46 appearances and was part of the side that won the Division Two title in 2002-03.
