I had the pleasure of being at St Mary’s for Grimsby Town’s FA Cup tie at Southampton – and what a night it was for the Mighty Mariners!
Southampton is a fantastic club and my daughter Harriet and I were looked after so well on the night. We were sat amongst some absolute greats of the club.

On the pitch, you had a Premier League team, albeit resting a few key players to try to protect their top-flight status, and a League Two club with the bit between their teeth.

End result, an unbelievable night for the players, staff and fans of GTFC - and not a great night for Sain...
