Not to be disrespectful, but Leam Richardson doesn’t stand a chance of keeping Rotherham in the Championship.
There’s a lack of goals in the team. They’ve won two games all season. Objectively, they are the weakest team in the division and that’s why they are bottom.

They might get lucky and find a gem in January who can score five or six goals and win a few games. Even then, it will be a miracle if Leam keeps them up.
