Dave Flett

Dave provides exclusive player-interview based features for The Football League Paper. An EFL specialist, he can regularly be found reporting on a broad range of games from the top of the Championship to the bottom of League Two. Dave has had long stints as the chief reporter on York City (2003-2019) and Luton Town (1997-2003) for the best-selling newspapers in both regions and, more recently, has provided copy for several national titles. He has also reported on a variety of other sports and worked as a sub-editor on the sports desks of the Daily Telegraph and Yorkshire Post. He is the author of two books – Sunset Over Bootham Crescent and York City Fighting Back.
