New West Bromwich Albion manager Eric Ramsay admits he is disappointed not to have made more of an impact since taking over earlier this month, in an honest assessment after the Baggies latest defeat at the hands of Portsmouth.
However, the former Minnesota United head coach says he knew the size of the challenge that faced him when he arrived at the Hawthorns and will not shy away from it now.
