Oxford United manager Des Buckingham has hardly had time to catch his breath over the last couple of months, but now he’s looking forward to honing his side’s game for the business end of the season.
Appointed in mid-November after Liam Manning’s exit to Championship Bristol City, the 38-year-old was delighted to take the reins at his home-town club after learning his trade in New Zealand, Australia and India over the last decade.
