PRESTON have suffered a major blow with the news that striker Troy Parrott will be out until after the World Cup. Spurs loanee Parrott, 20, scored an 80th-minute winner for the Lilywhites in last weekend’s dramatic 3-2 victory over high-flying Norwich.
It was the Republic of Ireland international’s first goal for the club, but his joy was shortlived as he collapsed in agony during the celebrations and had to be stretchered off the pitch.
