FORMER Gillingham chairman Paul Scally has vowed to fight his removal from the board at Priestfield.
Scally, who owned the-club for 27 years, sold his majority stake to Brad Galinson’s GFC Holdings in 2022 but remained on the board of directors as a representative of Paul Scally Management Consultancy PZE, which has a five per cent shareholding in the club.
