TEEN JOSH GETS BUZZ AT RECORD

TEENAGER Josh Tomlinson couldn’t hide his delight after becoming Northampton Town’s youngest ever scorer. At 16 years and 321 days, he beat Jimmy Benton’s previous record - set in 1992 - by almost two months when he netted in the Papa Johns Trophy midweek 3-1 defeat against Arsenal U21s. “I was the youngest player and now being the youngest goal scorer means a lot,” he said. “I’m buzzing to get the goal.”
