IRON TRIBUTE TO KEEPER CLEMENCE

SCUNTHORPE United will sport a specially-designed goalkeeper jersey this season in memory of England legend Ray Clemence.
Born in nearby Skegness, Clemence spent his formative years with the Iron before joining Liverpool in 1967.
He would go on to win five First Division titles and three European Cups in 14 glittering years at Anfield, retiring in 1988 after spending seven years at Tottenham and earning 61 caps for his country.
He died in November after a battle with prostate cancer. The shirt is based on the jersey he wore during his time at Scunthorpe.
