WAYNE Brown is ‘excited’ by his chance to get Colchester United heading in the right direction again after taking charge on an interim basis.
The U’s sacked Steve Ball after Tuesday’s 2-1 home defeat against Exeter. That made it 13 League Two games without a win and left them 21st in the table.
