NORWICH boss Daniel Farke fears that Kenny McLean could be out for up to five months if he requires surgery on his injured knee.
The 28-year-old Scotland midfielder was hurt after coming on as a late substitute in the 1-0 win at Middlesbrough and underwent a scan following the weekend to determine the extent of the problem.
Farke said: “We scanned him after he twisted his knee and he has a meniscus tear.
“We will wait for the injury to settle down and he’ll see a specialist this week. We will also handle this in a conservative way.
