DELIGHTED manager Graham Westley poured praise on his battling Stevenage side after they survived an early red card to Tom Soares to hold their promotion-chasing hosts to a goalless draw.
Soares walked after 19 minutes after a foul on Luke Gambin, but his teammates, one place above bottom-side Morecambe, held Colchester at bay as Paul Farman produced miracles between the sticks.
