EMMANUEL EXTENSION TRIGGERED

CHAMPIONSHIP
JOSH Emmanuel is staying at Ipswich Town for at least another 12 months.
The three-year deal the defender signed in November 2016 was coming to an end, but the club held an option for an extra year.
Town have activated the clause, meaning Emmanuel, 21, joins Flynn Downes, Teddy Bishop, Myles Kenlock, Luke Woolfenden, Jack Lankester, Harry Wright and Idris El Mizouni in commiting to the club in the past six months.
Emmanuel spent the first half of the season on loan spell at League One side Shrewsbury Town before returning to Portman Road.
