WHEN you look at the decision of the Disciplinary Commission regarding Birmingham City (see story right), it makes for interesting reading.
The Blues were allowed losses of £39m over a three-year period, but things went awry after a deficit of just £1.9m in 2015-16. It went up to £12.9m the following season and then escalated to £33.8m in 2017-18.
