THIS time last year I tipped Bobby Clark and Will Lankshear to have breakout seasons in the Championship.
Clark was nominated for Young Player of the Season after a brilliant year at Derby, whilst Lankshear scored 11 goals on loan at Oxford to earn a £10m move from Tottenham to Middlesbrough.
To be honest, I could have picked out nine or ten, because the EFL is chock full of young lads with Premier League potential. It’s the same this season, but here are three who really stand out:
