IAN Lawlor’s hunger to improve knows no bounds – and his hard work is finally paying off with a promotion and a regular starting spot at Doncaster.
The 23-year-old had been at Manchester City since 2010 when he decided to stand on his own two feet and move to the Keepmoat Stadium in January.
It’s a decision that paid quick dividends as he made himself first-choice under manager Darren Ferguson and helped the club to promotion from League Two.
