Colin Kazim-Richards says Crawley Town are on the train to destination survival – and anyone who isn’t up for the fight will be left behind.

The former Derby County, Sheffield United and Blackburn Rovers striker, 39, was appointed on Tuesday following the dismissal of Scott Lindsey.
He took over a side winless in ten and deep in relegation trouble - but is convinced the Red Devils can win the battle to stay in League Two and says anyone who doesn’t share that conviction will not be part of his plans.
