PHILLIP Cocu insists new signing Jordon Ibe is still several weeks away from becoming a first-team regular at Derby. The winger joined on a free transfer from Bournemouth, penning a two-year deal at Pride Park last week.
However, Ibe has not played since a Carabao Cup game against Burton last September, with a combination of injury, a loss of form and mental health problems all playing their part.
