Derby loss makes life Mellish for Bluebirds!

JON Mellish earned his Carlisle United side the bragging rights in the first league Cumbrian derby to be played for 56 years.
A Gime Toure cross was headed home by the unmarked Mellish after 24 minutes, and that proved decisive for the hosts.
However, they had to dig deep as their relatively comfortable- looking advantage turned into all hands to the pump following an Aaron Hayden red card. The defender lashed out at James Jones as the pair tangled at a corner. But Carlisle managed to cling on, despite 15 minutes of injury time, to claim the bragging rights.
