CHAMPIONSHIP
READING club captain Paul McShane has been released by Championship outfit Reading.
The 33-year-old Republic of Ireland international joined Reading following his release by Hull in 2015. He went on to make 103 appearances during his time at the Madejski Stadium.
Goalkeepers Anssi Jaakkola and George Legg, Joey van den Berg, who has spent the season on loan with Dutch club NEC, Danzell Gravenberch, who has been on loan in Belgium, and the injury-plagued Callum Harriott are also leaving.
