BATTH’S ON TAP TO LIFT POTTERS’ DEFENCE

RYAN Shawcross has hailed the impact of Danny Batth following a strong end to the season for the Stoke City defence. The Potters kept eight clean sheets in their final 15 Championship fixtures, with Shawcross feeling at home alongside January arrival Batth, 28.
