Bentley’s thankful as fears are eased

MORECAMBEmanager Jim Bentley is hoping his side can approach the rest of the season feeling more relaxed after recording a morale-boosting win at play-off chasing Stevenage.
The Shrimps can now go into tomorrow’s home game against Colchester without the burden of a nine-game winless run that had threatened to drag them into a scrap against relegation.
Their performance on Good Friday is certainly one Bentley hopes will be repeated after they upset the form book against a team who had won their last eight home games.
